How can I add a Video to Pages and Posts?
Answer:
1) Copy your embed code from YouTube, Vimeo etc.
2) Within WordPress create or edit a Page or Post.
3) Toggle the Editor into HTML mode (tabs in upper right corner)
4) Paste your embed code.
Experienced and Advanced User: Self-hosting your videos.
The best solution is to use Sublime Video which is a HTML5 Player: http://sublimevideo.net/
You could use Flash video – but keep in mind that some tablets devices may not be able to play Flash:
