How to I unlock the SimpleScripts pre-installed SmallBiz Theme

Question:

I purchased the Pre-installed SmallBiz Theme via SimpleScripts.

I have a Username and Password, but every time I click on “unlock” I get forwarded to the “Check-out” page again.

 

Answer:

1) Log into WordPress

2) Go to “Appearance” -> “SmallBiz Options”

3) Scroll down to the bottom of the SmallBiz Options Panel

4) Look for the link called “Existing Customer Unlock Theme”

Note: if you purchased a Zip file of the SmallBiz Theme from Expand2Web and you do not have a Username and Password for the locked pre-installed version– please read this post.
